inspirations

This is a small section of a A2 sized Cy Twombly inspired piece.
I feel really inspired by Twombys work as it shows real emotion and  power with his methods.
His work shows me different parts of his life, love, hate, passion and strengths within himself and expressed,
with the use of varied medias. to me this really shows his experimentation side and how he goes for it with pure passion and without hesitation.
From the first moment of glimpsing on Twomblys work i felt truly taken to a whole new level of art that i had never felt with no other. His work made me feel more confidant in just going for it and expressing my feelings onto any media and knowing that it can still be seen as a piece of art even if its just in my eyes.

Dawn Dupree was a strong inspiration to me as she showed me many different ideas and techniques to add to different textile pieces and also to many different compositions in the future.
